Day 1 - My First Entry
Here I am with a day off from work, I tend bar full time and run an eBay store full time as well. Hard Core Thrift Store - why I chose that name is a mystery, I liked it at the time so I'm staying with it. Technically, when I say I have a day off it means that I am not tending bar. On a normal "day off" I would attend to my eBay store by updating listings, answering customer inquiries, posting listings and packing sold product to be dropped off at the post office, I have already accomplished this today. Happy St. Patrick's Day! My father is making corned beef, yum, I am looking forward to having supper with him. In the meantime, however, I wrote the "About Me" page here and am managing my first post. Am feeling a bit saddened, my friend Joe S., passed from a stroke 2 days ago, he was an accomplished writer and PhD. His passing was just another wake up call for me.
