About The "SEE ME"" Project
Do you beat yourself up over not exercising enough? Not losing weight? Not eating healthy? I do.
Do you fret over not making enough money or having a million dollar idea that you can't find the time to develop? I do.
Do you wonder if your personal relationships would be different if you were kinder? Funnier? Had more free time? I do.
Do you contemplate spirituality? Human origins? Quantum physics? I do.
The "See Me" project is intended as my personal development journal and nothing more. Turning 50 years old this past summer and finding myself with an empty nest, I realized that I have spent the entirety of my life focusing on others and decided to focus on me. There are so many things I would like to accomplish; learning another language, traveling to foreign countries, mastering yoga, writing a book, building a successful eBay website, seeing great concerts, spending quality time with family and friends, building a large nest egg for retirement through stock investments and to leave to my daughter, investing in real estate, getting healthier, and strengthening the bond I have with my boyfriend.
Believing that I am not the only one on this planet who would like to increase the quality of life on all levels, the idea to blog about my struggles, encounters and successes with making myself a better person came about. I am blogging for my benefit. It is a way to track and document what I learn and to chart progress. I also foresee this project as a way to rant. Believing that anxiety and stress only increase by holding in things that bother me, this blog will help to reduce those factors.
I invite you to follow my journey. Hopefully, there is a take away. If not, no worries, I will continue on.
Documenting my journey into the second half of my life, I plan on recommending services, products and articles that I have have found useful in promoting my health, providing a service, increasing my motivation and making me laugh. Currently, I make a small amount of passive income online by writing articles and linking products to these articles. Not all of my links on this blog will benefit me through affiliation, however, I thought it would be fair to let you know upfront that some links will be beneficial to my wallet. Striving to be completely honest is a goal here as well.
Enjoy your visit to the "See Me Project" and remember to find joy and bring joy to others today and every day!
